Over the past couple weeks Kaylee has gotten more and more ready for crawling! January 31st was the first day I saw her stay up on her hands and knees. I set her down and she had her knees under her, and she stayed up!

Now, just over a week later, she can pull her knees up under her and rocks back and forth trying to figure out what to do next. She is SO close to crawling. As it is she is scooting and army crawling everywhere and from room to room. That is new! She for a long time would only come to the doorway of a room and stop as if she didn't know how to go out of the room.
Baby proofing is right around the corner! Yesterday, I saw the electrical socket catch her eye.....that will need to be protected immediately. I need to read up on ways to baby proof, and things to do to keep her from getting herself injured while she is learning about her boundaries and her world.
