Happy Thanksgiving!!

My sister Jenetta and her little family came down to my parents' house a week before Thanksgiving so I went down to spend some quality time with them. Robert dropped Kaylee and me off on Sunday night after we visited with his parents for the day. They were leaving for Hawaii for Thanksgiving so we had our little dinner that Sunday after church.

Jenetta, James, and their little girl Evelyn live in Washington and we don't get to see them very often. I was excited for Kaylee to get to see her cousin again, and to see how much Evie had grown. My little sister was also visiting, and it was great to see her.

My mom with the girls

We all just hung out for the week, talking, laughing, and watching the babies. Kaylee was a little more interested in Evie than she was when we visited a month ago. It makes me excited for the next time we see them when they will both be older (probably over 6 months) and can "play" together. Kaylee would wave her hands around and almost grabbed her hair a couple times lol. We stopped that before she could pull on it though. They were briefly holding hands once and I think James got a picture of it.

Jenetta and I went to get snow suits for the girls so they would be warm just in case it was blizzarding in Idaho that weekend. Kaylee's is still big for her, but she will grow into it. I didn't want one that she would grow OUT of before winter is over.

Her feet didn't reach all the way to the bottom!
She didn't think it was too fun in the suit, but was at least happy sucking on her paci long enough for the picture.

My parent's have a gorgeous view from their front steps! Here is what they see walking out their front door.

I remembered this time to get a picture of me with Evelyn, she got so big sense I saw her last!

The dogs came down with us and got to live outside for most of each day and then slept inside with us. They got to go walk/run with my dad and my parents' dog Cody. They really liked that and I went with them a couple of times. It was SO nice to get out and walk with them in the fields. Living in the city gets to me sometimes and it is nice to be out in the country.
The boys would stand/sit in the sun for hours. I think they really liked being outside, but it did get cold a few times.

On Thursday we had Thanksgiving dinner. Robert came down Wednesday evening after work and I had missed him so much! Dinner was wonderful and, luckily for me, most of the food is dairy free. Unfortunately most pies have dairy in them so I didn't get much dessert. Naps were much needed after all the food and turkey! I LOVE that part of Thanksgiving!

Getting things ready for Dinner (from L to R - Mom, Dad, Kathryn, and Kaylee sitting on the counter)

Yep, Kaylee got some Thanksgiving food! She loved sucking on Olives, but then started biting down on them and they would break in her mouth and I was worried that she would choke on them.

Evelyn wanted to join in in dinner so she sat in her swing

My dad getting the Turkey ready.

We cooked the turkey in a pit outside in the back yard. It was buried (in a bag) with a bunch of coals at midnight, and we took it out right before we ate. It cooks it so well and tastes amazing!

My wonderful Parents

Me attempting to get away with eating some jello that had yogurt in it. I didn't really eat it though!

My grandpa came for dessert that night and Kaylee got to meet her Great Grandpa!

Kaylee had a couple really rough days while we were there, and her sleeping started getting really odd and she was melting down and screaming before going to sleep. It was hard to have her like that because it would drain me physically and emotionally and then I wasn't much fun to be around. I need to learn to deal with stress better.

We went home on Friday morning and got to have a great day together trying to get Kaylee back to normal before we would head up to Idaho for another Thanksgiving dinner. Three in one week!!

During the drives from our house to Robert family, and from there to my family, and from there home again we had Robert sit in the back with Kaylee while I drove. Kaylee was really good for all the drives even when they weren't during her awake time! I was hoping that we were finally past the constant screaming during drives.

It was a very fun week, and I am glad we were able to spend some time with both families.

First Horse Ride!

Kaylee got to ride her first horse today! Actually she just sat on her. It was so great!

I really hope that Kaylee learns to love horses. I will be fine with it if she doesn't, but I always wanted a little girl who I can teach to ride. And of course I am sure Robert, and her grandparents are dying to buy her a pony...or two!

Gratitude - November 24th

Today I am grateful for cameras.

Kaylee got to sit on a horse for the first time in her life. We got pictures of it, and I will post them sometime tomorrow if I can. I am still at my parents' house in Mona UT so I don't know how picture downloading will go. I am grateful that we are able to take pictures of all the firsts in Kaylee's life!

Gratitude - November 23rd

I was going to use this one yesterday and then realized that it was Kaylee's month day.
Anyways, today I am grateful for our new car seat!! We drove up to Robert's parents' house which is almost 2 hours away and Kaylee FELL ASLEEP in the car! Then we drove down from there to my parents' house which is 2 more hours away. She didn't fall asleep this time, but even though the snow slowed us down another 1/2 hour she didn't cry much at all. She fussed a little but there was no screaming.

One other thing that was the same this time as it was when we were in Washington was that Robert was in the back seat with her rather than me. Interesting.....

4 months

Kaylee is 4 months old already! She is growing so fast, and is getting to be so big! This should have been posted almost two weeks ago, but things have been a bit crazy.

Some of the new things she is doing are:
  • Grabbing at objects - She has some control too when she gets them and always tries to put them in her mouth.
  • Growing teeth - She has started to teethe and it isn't the greatest thing in the world. Luckily there are such things as teething tablets and Tylenol!!
  • Back to front - She finally did this on Sunday the 29th! Front to back is no where near happening, but she is becoming a pro at back to front.
  • Names - She has just barely started responding to her name sometimes. It is very cute when she realizes that someone is talking to her.
Today at her 4 month appointment she weighed 13 lbs 11.5 oz and is 26" long! They measured her twice just to make sure she really was that tall. That puts her in the 75% in length and 50% in weight. She moved from 10th to 25th % in her head size which is great!
Pictures will be coming soon too!

Gratitude - November 22nd

Today I am eternally grateful for....

Kaylee!!

She is 4 months old today, and I can't believe it! I will have a post up on Monday for her 4 month-day.

Gratitude - November 21st

Today, I am grateful for a husband who is willing and able to stay home with Kaylee while I go take a day off and get my hair cut. He is the love of my life and my best friend!

YAY!!!

I just got the news that Calliope has been adopted by her first raisers and is coming home to Utah next week! I am hoping to get to visit her sometime soon!

Photo Shoot

I know that Kaylee isn't 4 months old until Sunday, but I decided to take some pictures today. There will be more on Sunday or Monday, but here are a few that I took:

It has been really tough to get her to smile for the camera. I am hoping she gets better with the camera soon.

She was smiling at the dogs wrestling on the floor....silly girl!

A girl and her dogs

I love this little girl SO much! She is so much fun, and I can't get enough of her!

Gratitude - November 20th

Today was a pretty rough day, so I am grateful for bed time.

Kaylee definitely knows the difference between naps and bed time. She doesn't go to sleep any easier for bed, but she STAYS asleep usually unless something really loud wakes her up. That being said, I am also grateful that the air force base wasn't flying their jets late last night......just all day!

Today I am grateful for Chipotle!

If you haven't ever had a Chipotle burrito you are missing out!

Gratitude - November 18th

Today I am grateful for TEETHING TABLETS!!!

Yesterday's fussiness was quadrupled this morning and I finally realized that Kaylee must be teething. After 2 straight hours of screaming she passed out and when she woke up we went to the store for some Little Teether's Teething Tablets. 15 minutes after giving them to her she was asleep. Thank you to whoever invented these wonderful things!

I re-opened the wound

on my heart. The one that I didn't think was still there.

I have been reading this blog for the past couple weeks, and it reminded me of a dream I once had.

When I was younger, I would have given anything to be a professional event rider. If not a pro. I would have loved to be able to live the life this girl lives. She gets to live her life for her horse and the sport of eventing.

A little background on the subject sense I don't write about horses much anymore:

My family has almost always had horses and we all got to ride and compete regularly. I was lucky enough to take lessons and compete in a few little one day mini events. Granted, the jumps were barely there (no more than 18") and two of them were for 4H, but to me they were the best ever!

Over the years, my confidence got shaken by riding, and falling off of, some crazy horses. That made me decide that I would rather just do Dressage. I had always been fascinated by Dressage, and love the feeling of a horse under me who is moving at its best. So I pushed the idea of eventing to the back of my mind.....and I thought I was fine with it.

Until now.

Now I don't have the time, money, or opportunity to live that kind of life, and it is kind of breaking my heart. I ache to be on a powerful horse galloping over a cross country course. I ache to have a special horse who I can dote on and play with. I really miss the adrenaline rush that comes with the danger of galloping over solid obstacles. I miss it all...

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my husband and daughter. I love the life I have now as a mom. I can't wait to have a little family. There is just a little part of me that wishes that I had the life that my 14 year old un-realistic self wanted.

Maybe someday.

Gratitude - November 17th

Today I am grateful for Ibuprofen.

Kaylee had a really rough day filled with screaming, crying, screaming, fussing, screaming, fitful napping, and more screaming. Needless to say, I have quite the headache and am grateful that I am able to take something to dull the pain.

No Sequence...well a little short one

Sorry guys! We didn't do a whole sequence this week in class. Instead we worked on serpentines, which Hobbs is apparently AWESOME at!!

First, we practiced the teeter, weaves, and the long jump. Hobbs did great on all of them and even went through 4 fixed upright poles! He only did it twice but he did it! Something that was weird about it though was that when I sent him from an angle (to the left of the first pole) he entered on the wrong side!! He has NEVER done that before in his life, so I wonder why he did now. I will be getting my poles out this week to see if he remembers to get his entry.

He got to sequence to the teeter for the first time ever. It was just a jump to the teeter, but he did it and was very excited about it.

I have done these in the back yard a couple of times by setting him up like the top one shows:

In class we set the dogs up looking over the first jump like the bottom one shows. We sent them over it, supported them over the second jump and signaled with our other hand as if we were going to do a front cross, then sent them over the third jump. Hopefully that makes sense. I want to get a video of Hobbs doing it on Saturday if the snow melts off....cross your fingers!

Hobbs did amazingly well on these serpentines, only messing up a couple times at first when I didn't know exactly how to handle them. I didn't want to work him too hard because he wasn't feeling good all week.

He had yet another overgrowth of bacteria in his intestines this week. He is now on pills, and I/D prescription canned food, and pepto. Usually when he gets diarrhea I just feed him rice and eggs for a day and he is back to normal. This time it didn't work and on Saturday I noticed that it was bloody. My first thought was PARVO!! But luckily I know what dogs with parvo smell like and he didn't stink like that. So off to the vet he went and after a $100 we didn't have, he came home with his meds. He still felt like crap and was moping most Monday too.

Anyways, back to agility class! I was glad that our instructor had an easy class planned for all of us. After we worked on the serpentines we did the short little sequence. Really it was just a jump to two tunnels, but it was fun anyways. Hobbs was really done by the time we got to it so he quit after the first tunnel, but the second time we ran it he did both.

I don't know if I will be going to the barn to work until our next class starts on the 14th, but I might. Hopefully I will remember to bring my camera to the barn next time.

Gratitude - November 16th

Today I am grateful for veterinary medicine.

Poor Hobbs has been sick this past week with a bacteria overgrowth in his digestive tract. He wasn't feeling good and I thought he was probably going to miss his agility class. Luckily because we were able to get him to the vet and medicated, he was feeling well enough to be able to go play tonight.

Ok, I am a failure

Lol, I totally failed with the lists of grateful stuff. I am going to try to just post one thing I am thankful for every day.

Today, I am grateful for naps!

I woke up freezing, exhausted, and crabby as possible. That mood lasted until about 5:45 when I got to take a 30 minute nap. Usually I have to nap for a minimum of an hour for it to be worth it, but this nap was really refreshing!

Gratitude - 11 things for the 11th

So, I totally missed yesterday and didn't even realize it until just now!
  1. The Sun - It was lost behind the clouds today and I missed it.
  2. Hot Showers - Enough said!
  3. My Dyson Vacuum - The dog hair was getting out of control and I am thankful I have a vacuum that can handle it.
  4. My Brother - He is in Russia serving our Lord and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is one of my heroes and I love him.
  5. A Good Cardio Workout - It is so nice to burn away stress, calories, and tone muscles all in one!
  6. General Conference - I just got my conference issue of the ensign and had time to sit down and read a couple of the talks. I can't wait until April!
  7. Sleep - I haven't gotten enough of it the last few days, and it makes me grateful for it even more.
  8. Family - I can't even express how much I love my family. They are my strength and some of my best friends.
  9. Food - I love to eat good food! My favorite? Fresh Crab!
  10. Rain - funny that this is on the same list as the sun. This year I have come to really like the rain. It may be because it kept me cool for almost a month of the summer while I was pregnant.
  11. Veterans - It is veterans day, and I owe my freedom to the many men and women who have fought for our freedom and for this county.

Much Better

This week's class was better than last week's that's for sure!

We started off working on rear crosses into a straight tunnel, the broad jump, and the table. Hobbs had a little bit of a hard time with the broad jump because he was too focused on me. He would get to the jump and not know what to do with himself. So he stepped on it 3 or 4 times, but seemed to get it in the end. Rear crosses are also a bit of a challenge because he gets patterned doing it one way and then doesn't watch me and just continues to do it the same way. We will be working on that this week.

Then we started on the sequence.

This isn't the whole thing. The obstacles to the right got cut off. Click to enlarge and see the whole thing.

It was pretty straightforward until the last three obstacles. It was Jump, Jump, Table. The only problem was that the first jump in the ending sequence was the last jump in a straight line of jumps where the dogs couldn't pick up a lot of speed. When I first looked at it I figured it would be easiest to do a front cross, but then I realized how fast Hobbs could be going. So I thought about doing a rear cross, but his rear crosses are bad in tunnels and then are REALLY bad over jumps....like non existent over jumps.

Our instructor said she thought I would be able to do the front cross so we tried it! It would have been much better if Hobbs had a get out command for jump #4. Instead I had to get pretty close to it and then haul my tush to beat him to #7 so I could do the front cross. The Table was visible at the end of the line of jumps which was very tempting to Hobbs. He never went all the way to it though! We got to do it twice all the way through, and from jump 4 to the table about 7 times. I never did try the rear cross because all but 1 of the times I beat him to the 7th jump. Lol, the one time I didn't was pretty funny. I got to jump 5 about the time he got to jump 6 and when I realized I wasn't going to get there in time, I thought I had just mumbled "crap" but apparently I shouted it. The other two ladies in the class laughed and I tried to finish the sequence as I was laughing too.

We also did a little sequence:

It was pretty straight forward, and Hobbs didn't have any problems with it.

My home work for this week is to re-create that situation and get him watching me better so that I can get a smooth front cross after a line of jumps. And we are going to work on some rear cross exercises. As of right now we can't even get them right on the flat ground so I need to figure out why and how to fix the problem. Also I am going to work with him on his "get out" command.......it is not going to be easy. "Get Out" is the command we were working on in the spring with chairs, a trash can, and a tree and he thought it meant to jump on or try to climb all three. I am going to triple my effort and get him OUT!

Next week is the last week of class :( The other ladies in the class are going to keep going to the barn every week at the same time and I think we will join them. Then we are going to start another class on the 14th of December and just work around the holidays. I am starting to realize how fast March is approaching and how soon Hobbs and I could be competing in our first trial!

On the subject of Hobbs' fitness, I have been putting him on the treadmill every couple of days and we have worked up to 20 minutes of trotting at 4.2mph at a 1.5-2.0 incline. Today he seemed a little tired, but wasn't completely pooped after the workout. I have also been teaching him some stretches. I really want to teach him to do the big bowwing stretch that dogs do first thing in the morning. I will just have to keep a clicker by my bed and try to catch it.....lol I will be amazed if it works!

A Visit with Friends

A good friend of mine came to visit this weekend.

Sandy and Kaylee

Sandy and I went to Snow College together and don't get to see each other very often because she lives in Colorado. She is considering moving out to Utah for school, and came to check things out. We had a wonderful time!

Robert's friend Clint came up for the weekend like he did for Kaylee's Blessing. They hit it off then and have been talking a lot sense then. It was fun to see a couple in that new stage of getting to know one another. It made me wish that things were like that again for Robert and me.

We decided to go out for dinner on Saturday night, and I got to have sushi for the first time ever! I made sure to get the kind without raw fish just to be on the safe side for nursing later. I did try one piece with raw on it and it wasn't too bad. I really liked all but one of the rolls I tried. Robert and I may have to go out for sushi again some time!

Robert's mom came over to watch Kaylee again while we were out and luckily it went better than last time. She ate just fine for her, but didn't want to go back to sleep at some point so his mom took her arms out of her swaddle. Then amazingly Kaylee went to sleep and stayed that way until morning! I had to take a picture of the momentous occasion.

The next day was the day I tried letting her sleep out of her swaddle for naps. Like I said before, it didn't let her sleep as well so she is back to being fully swaddled.

It was a great weekend and I can't wait to see her again and for her to maybe move out here!

Gratitude - 9 things for the 9th

There are a few people's blog that I read who are listing things they are grateful for every day for the month of November. So I decided to start today! Hopefully I will be able to think of 30 things on the 30th lol!

  1. Good friends - I got to spend a few days with a great friend from college this weekend. It was wonderful to catch up and talk.
  2. Water - Today especially, water is just so good and makes me feel my best.
  3. Wonderful Husband - Robert is an amazing man, husband, and father. I couldn't have asked for better!
  4. House - No, I don't mean my home. I mean the TV show House. It is my favorite at the moment and makes me look forward to Mondays.
  5. Dog Agility - Another reason for my loving Mondays. It is such a stress reliever and is so much fun.
  6. Fall weather - Even though it means snow is coming, I love crunchy leaves, smelling wood stove smoke, and watching the mountains turn beautiful colors.
  7. Calliope - This past weekend I had to make the difficult decision to NOT adopt my guide dog puppy back as a pet. I am thankful for the time I did get to have with that special little girl.
  8. Kaylee - How can I make this list without adding my precious daughter to it! I am SOOO thankful to my Heavenly Father for trusting me with her special spirit.
  9. Baby Whisperer Books - Speaking of Kaylee, I am very thankful that I have these books to refer to!
That wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be! I actually can't wait to think of 10 new ones tomorrow!

3.5 EASY

As I have mentioned before, I have Kaylee on a schedule that is described in the Baby Whisperer books. It is the acronym Eat Awake Sleep You (EASY). From the time she was born she has been on what is called a 3 EASY. Eating every 3 hours, being awake anywhere from 45 minutes to 1hr 15 minutes, and sleeping 1.5-2 hours every 3 hours. It has been great to have her on a schedule so I know when things are going to happen every day.

About two weeks ago things seemed to start to unravel. She started waking up 15 minutes before she was supposed to from every nap. She wasn't very hungry ever and would only eat for 5 minutes. Then at night she would eat for almost 30! She started waking up two or three times a night, something she hasn't ever done. Along with that she was fighting every single nap like a wild animal and would end up finally passing out after being awake for 1.5 hours almost to the minute. I couldn't figure out what was going on!

Finally after going back and reading parts of the "BW solves all your problems" book I realized that she was giving every single signal in the book saying that she needed a 3.5 EASY! So yesterday I started her new routine. If you look here you can see an example of her old routine, and here is her new one:

E-8:00 am - Wake Kaylee up and feed her
A-8:15 am - Usually she sits in her swing while I make my breakfast, then she does tummy time
I always start her nap routine at 9:10 and it usually takes around 20 minutes. She NEEDS to be swaddled by 9:15
S-9:30 - Asleep
Y-9:35 am - Pick up the house, and put away any clothes in the dryer from the night before. Exercise Hobbs on the treadmill, computer time
E-11:30 am - Feed
A-11:45 am - Sometimes we walk with the dogs, or she lays in her play gym for a while
S-1:00 am - Asleep
Y-1:05 pm - Do housework, take a shower, eat lunch
E-3:00 pm - Feed
A-3:10 pm - Bumbo seat, errands, stories, more tummy time, basically whatever she wants
S-4:30 pm - Asleep
Y-2:45 pm - Nap, computer time or work out
E-6:30 pm - Feed
A-6:45 pm - Hang out with Daddy, Bedtime routine: Bath, Massage with lotion, PJ's, Song (hummed), Swaddle
E-7:45 - Usually just a small snack after she is swaddled just to tank her up for the night
S-8:00 pm - Asleep for the night
Y-8:05 pm - Eat dinner, relax
Dream Feed - 10:00-10:30 pm - I do this with pumped milk in a bottle because it doesn't wake her up as much as nursing does. I pick her up while she is asleep, pop the bottle in her mouth and hope she stays asleep until I put her back in her crib. 9.5 times out of 10 she stays very deeply asleep.

It was like magic!! She slept all the way through her naps, not even waking at her 45 minute sleep cycle change. She was back to eating for 10-15 minutes, and was only a little fussy when it was time for naps and bed! I wish I would have realized earlier that this was what she needed.

Just for records' sake, Kaylee slept for a whole day of naps with her arms out of her swaddle. I did it to see if she was ready and at first thought she was. Then by her short nap (this was before we switched routines) she was obviously VERY tired and cranky so I swaddled her arms in and she slept much better. So she isnt' quite ready for arm out yet....maybe next month!

I will eternally be glad that I have a baby who is on a schedule and is so predictable! Hopefully the next one is as good.

Flying!

This post should have been published a week ago, but for some reason it has taken me forever to finish it!

Robert, Kaylee, and I went to Washington this past weekend to visit my sister, brother in law, and baby niece Evelyn. We decided to fly rather than drive because I didn't think we could survive a 14 hour drive with Kaylee screaming the whole way. She hates her car seat so much that even driving to the store is too much for me.

I tried to pack during the week, but it still felt like I was rushing on Thursday night. We took two big suitcases (one for Kaylee and one for us), a very fully diaper bag, Robert's carry on backpack, my boppy pillow....and I think that is all.

Kaylee really wanted to help me back so I let her sit in the suitcase.

I was in the middle of doing diaper laundry so I put the newly clean ones in with her to see how much room they were going to take up. And because it was a cute picture.

I chickened out and decided against taking the cloth diapers. It would have filled a whole other suit case and in the end I was happy with my decision.

I was pretty nervous about the flight, but it wasn't bad at all! I had decided to bottle feed her on take off and landing rather than nurse. That is because I didn't know how hungry she would be, plus she eats so fast that she would have been done before we reached cruising altitude. She slept for about 45 minutes on the first flight, and then about an hour of the second one.

We all had a great time with my family in Washington. Everyone was there except my brother Daniel who is in Russia serving a mission. We spent a lot of time at Jenetta and Jame's apartment just catching up, playing games, and watching the cousins. Robert and I stayed there because it was most convenient for taking care of Kaylee. We used their pack n play and it worked out great. I was surprised how well Kaylee did staying close to her schedule and routine while we were in a new place.

We used my sister's extra car seat which was a different brand than ours. During the whole weekend Kaylee cried maybe 3 minutes! We drove a lot, and sometimes it was not during her awake time. Usually the only time she is happy-ish in her car seat is when it is during her usual awake time. She even fell asleep a couple of times in their car! I was shocked, and as soon as we got home we bought a new car seat. The only difference I could tell was that the one they had let her sit up straighter rather than laying back. AFTER we bought the new seat we realized that ours was adjustable.....

Kaylee got to meet her cousin Evelyn and there is such a huge difference between them! It is surprising what a difference 6 weeks makes. They are definitely different people already. They have different personalities already. Kaylee is like her dad, always smiling and laughing and being a goof. Evelyn is a very serious baby. She always looks like she is contemplating something very important and it is adorable!

They are such cute little girls!

We spent a couple of hours like this just hanging out with the babies on the floor

Kaylee's legs were getting cold so I let Kathryn put her pants on and she ended up like this!

She is so little and cute

Kaylee sitting on the couch

This was right after her bath and before bed so her eyes are SO tired looking!

On Saturday we all hung out all day. I decided that day to not worry too much about the milk in the things I ate.....I don't know what I was thinking. We went out to dinner that night at Salties which is a nice restaurant on the "beach". I had salmon on risotto and it was REALLY good! After that, we all went back to Jenetta and James' house to visit and hang out.

Sunday was the baby blessing, luncheon at James' parents' house, and family pictures.

My mom with Kaylee in her blessing dress. My mom didn't get to come to Kaylee's blessing so I dressed her up so we could get a picture.

This was Kaylee's roughest day. Sundays are always hard for her because she can't sleep well at church and it is 3 hours long. We did pictures after church so Kaylee was pretty cranky for them. They turned out pretty good though!

The whole family (minus Daniel)

Me, Robert, and a very tired, cranky, "I hate the sun in my eyes" Kaylee

Robert took Kaylee home rather than going to the luncheon because she was super cranky and needed some sleep. It was fun to visit Jame's family and eat some yummy food.

My parents and Kathryn and Mike headed home Sunday evening, so on Monday Jenetta and I sat around and talked. It was nice to have a quieter day before we flew home.

Kaylee really liked Evelyn's bouncy seat.....too bad it would be a waste of money to get one for her now. She would out-grow hers in a month.

It was great to see my sister and niece. I can't wait for them to come down here for Thanksgiving in a couple of weeks. By then, Kaylee with me 4 months and Evelyn will be 2 1/2 months. They are going to be here for just over a week which will be so fun!
