We had a wonderful November, full of nice weather.
We made a couple trips to the Treehouse Museum to burn off steam.
And played outside on the warm days.
Kaylee was a busy girl at preschool, but she had some fun as well!

Thanksgiving this year was spent apart. Robert stayed with his family, and the girls and I went to Idaho with my family. We had such an amazing time! The house we rented was huge and beautiful. Close to my mom’s family, and many cousins and old family friends.
It was wonderful to have so much of my family there.

My sister Kathryn, and my soon-to-be sister-in-law Amanda

My little Kaylee and her cousin Evie
They had so much fun together! I don’t think they stopped moving all day some days.

This little reading nook was a favorite for all the little girls

We were close to the mountains and had a visitor one morning

Thanksgiving was chaotic, but in a good way

Though I think the babies got a little tired of their high chairs
We all went for an amazing hike one morning, to the top of the taller of the two hills behind us

I love that I got my mom to wear Courtney for our hike!
There were several Risk games involving many of my cousins and family friends.
The pool table was also a wonderful addition, enjoyed by the littles and the adults
Halloween was great fun for the girls this year! Robert’s mom made The little girls’ dresses. Courtney was Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Alexis was Ariel from The Little Mermaid, and Kaylee was Rapunzel from Tangled.
Carving pumpkins was fun, but Alexis missed out on the main even due to nap/bed scheduling. We craved a pumpkin with her later, but I didn’t get any pictures.

I loved watching these two work together cleaning out their pumpkins!

Still not too fond of pulling the “guts” out of the pumpkin lol
Somehow, I didn’t get a picture of our finished pumpkins this year!
We went trick-or-treating at Robert’s school, which is one thing I remember fondly from my childhood. We always went to my dad’s office to trick-or-treating.
Our decorated porch:
Kaylee really got into trick-or-treating this year. She walked with me for a couple hours while my mom watched the little girls at home.
